so what does F&N think about fasted cardio in the morning? all hype, or strait dope
if you are already pretty lean and trying to get rid of some final fat stores, you can try this, fasted in the AM
he's like 30%
actually a little closer to 25 thanks to some hard training.
i just wanted to find out if it would be worth it to delay breakfast by an hour, or if fasted cardio is hoopla
either way you're not at the point where you need to be worrying about shit like fasted vs non-fasted, just eat properly and burn some calories doing whatever you are most likely to stick with on a regular basis and you'll lose fat.
i've got that down, but i'm into doing everything i can to make it more efficient. if there is something as simple as waiting an hour to eat breakfast, then i want to be doing it.
there's gotta be a way to go from 25% to 10% in like a week besides lipo
is that what i asked? why do you assume that since my bf is high that I am looking for a miracle cure?
i've been putting in the work, hense the drop from 31% bf to damn close to 25%, also reached my goal of dropping my blood pressure back to the normal range without use of medication.
Try it and see and report back your results.
been there... i was around 25% with high cholesterol
my bp is now 110/70
you're progressing... just keep it up dude
werd, i was up at 142/95 at one point and thats when i decided i needed to get back into exercising. i was 120/75 last week, i was stoked since i have a family history of high bp. It happens to a lot of people, i got in a relationship and neglected the aspects of my life i enjoyed (working out), got fat, then ended relationship. I feel so much better mentally and physically since i've gotten back into one of my passions.
same story here... damn relationships
wtf u fat azn.
One of the traits of efficiency is simplicity. You don't need to be a perfectionist at this point. Just keep doing what you are doing until you plateau. Then make small changes and track how it affects your body.
IB your head is buzzing with many more things. What you are doing is working well so pace yourself. Save the hardcore stuff until you are ready to join vascularity crew.
i just finished reading burn the fat feed the muscle and decided to switch to eating 6 times a day, every 3 hours. It seemed to put a lot of emphasis on eating as soon as you wake up, but then in a later chapter started talking about the wonders of fasted cardio. conflicting information for the lose.
I like eating 6 times a day, makes me feel more efficient. I do cardio everyday, hiit elliptical in the morning 33 minutes, then twice a week I go in again in the evening for a 5k jog, .20 walk .3 jog, all the way to the 5k mark(increase the jog by .5 a week and decrease walk by .5). I had been training for a triathlon but i have nowhere to do my swim training, the only place that has a pool is the Y all the way across town and I don't really have the money for a membership or afford the gas to drive all the way across town for a workout. my current gym is much closer. So i decided instead of training for a tri, that i will focus on running right now and do a couple marathons this summer.
i know i don't HAVE to be a perfectionist, but i can't really help it. If i put as much time into something as i do my health then i want it perfect. i'm down from 223 to 201, i will take some pics at 190lbs so get the lotion ready because these pics will make you fap, rofl. caffeine fueled posts ftw.
i do only because i do cardio in the am, if i eat first i'll puke
wtf son, if you're training for a triathalon run your ass across town
I like fasted cardio. Thats pretty much the only way I ever do cardio. I personally prefer longer duration steady state then intervals. Some taurine, acetyl l-carnitine, chocamine before and a mix of BCAA's and leucine during keeps me feeling pretty good on no cals.
