Fast or Slow carbs for breakfast?

    I'm reading up on how to change my diet to get leaner and about everything i've read is split half way for breakfast.

    Some say slow burning carbs like wheat toast and oatmeal, others say fast burning carbs like white toast, bagels and cereal.

    Nearly all say fast burning for post work out, and slow burning for everything else but breakfast seems to be the big split.

    Anyone that can help?

    keep the fat-burning process from your sleep cycle going as long as possible.

    I've always had best results from 50-60g of whole grain low glycemic carbs in the a.m. I don't see any need for something that will digest fast.

    This seems to be the best for me after 2-3yrs of trial and error.

    fuck it, get both in. have some fruit and oatmeal. fast and slow burning carbs, combined with a whey concentrate and cassein blend, fast and slow protein. cover all bases.
