    need:
    rice paper (200 cal per 100g, you'll prob eat 50g = 8 papers?)
raw shrimp (grey): 15g protien, 1g fat per 100g
deshelled mussels: 12g pro, 3g fat per 100g
    brussel sprouts: 45cal per , 3g fiber per 100g
diced mushrooms: 3g pro, 3g carb per 100g
diced dry seaweed: in nori its 1g pro 1g carb per sheet, dont get the sheets but the puffy kind
sriracha chilli garlic sauce = 5cal worth on each dimsum
    100g = 3oz approv

boil mussels + shrimp together till shrimp turn pink, and boil burssels sprouts till they turn dark green.

deshell shrimp after cooked, if you purchases them that way

wet each rice paper with hot water and mix whatever you want in there.. about 5 items max in each paper. pinch close and wet that pinch and hold for 10 seconds and it will stay closed

this should not take longer than 15-20 minutes and requires no dim sum specific steamers!!

    enjoy.

another recipe... low carb indian chicken curry

i grilled 500g of chicken breast pieces in vinager,
while that cooked, in a separate pot put 200 ml of 0% fat evaporated skimmed coffiee creamer milk, and 2 tables spoons of yellow curry powder, and 2 diced red chili pepers.... and let it cook for 3 min while stirring

when both are done, throw handful cashew nuts on top of the chicken, then pour the curry on top.

    this is 2 servings yielding:
    60g protein, 12g carb, 14g fat ( 8g mono 2g poly 4g sat)

    dim sum meal:

got a little bit fancy with this, some dim sums where also made with grilled squid and octopus.... all dim sums are in oval plates

top left top right is mussels in a cup with garlic, around is squid cooked in vinager-ginger sauce, with brussel sprout in middle. dish with chop sticks is brussel sprouts surrounding vinager-ginger sauce cooked octopus. purple stuff in oval plates are beets, to help cool off after eating a dimsum with hot sauce

    yellow chicken curry dish:
