Does anyone know of a fairly inexpesive IP camera that has a web-interface and can be setup to record to a file server?

This would be used in an small office setting to monitor employees and the location remotely.

We got some of these at work recently and they do well. But I think they are 400 - 500. They do have a cheaper camera but it was defective so we are returning it.

There are tons of options; budget is limiting.

Most IP based CCTV cameras that are worth the money are over $500. And you need to think about storage space and bandwidth as well.
