Doing certain things? Like scrolling with the mouse wheel, or even dragging windows. It's extremely faint buzz...it's gotta be signal or something.

    Any ideas?

hah I used to have this problem as well.

I installed my stuff In a new case & it went away.

The sound card is much further from the proc now, so I guess that did it.

I had this problem as well. A new case fixed it (same sound card).
