going to bump my calories for the next week or two and try a higher calorie cut, I think I slowed my metabolism down too much to lose any more.
what program is this?

where are you measuring?
In a strange place, but it's where I started so I'm stuck with it now
About 1.5" to the right of my belly button and 2" or so up. Between up upper abs and lower abs and just a little to the side. I can really pinch the fat and separate it at that spot.

I guess if losing weight is your goal then yes. But you could be losing fat and gaining muscle which would be

win actually. been trying to bulk since 03/15 and that's not to shabby.
Can you really sustain the same rate of fat loss vs. lean mass gain over 4 months??
Especially if your goal is to lose 40 lbs?
