    Current Weight as of 12/8/05 = 225lbs

    Recovering from bad cold, back to gym...

    Thursday 12/8/05

    Dumbell Press Flat

    10reps - 30lbs
    10reps - 35lbs
    8 reps - 40lbs :noes:


    Dumbell Press Inclined

    10 reps - 30lbs
    7 reps - 35lbs (begin to struggle)
    3 reps - 40lbs (FINALLY THERE!!!) better luck in 2 days!!

    Dumbell Shrugs

    40lbs - 10 reps OK
    45lbs - 10 reps OK
    50lbs - 10 reps a little tight but OK

    Cardio Session: Elliptical

    Level 10 Intensity
    168-175revs/min, 21minutes, 300 calories, condition post workout: TIRED

    Using a newer more accurate scale...

    As of 1/30/06 Current weight 222lbs

    Elliptical - 35min, 510calories
    L10, 170-178revs/min, condition post-workout: OK
    perhaps go to L11?

    no lifting yet due to back injury

    Apparently a rotator cuff injury, 4-6 weeks recovery time, I'm skurred to lift ::noes::

    One day doing 40lbs :( military press, i locked up and had no choice to drop the weights. Upon locking up, excruciating pain all across my upper back and shoulders. I could barely dress myself and take a shower that whole day.

    Today's update:

    Cardio Session - Elliptical

    New Resistance Level = 11

    Duration: 21min @ 168-174revs/min

    Calorie Counter: 315

    Post-workout condition: Winded

    Weight Change: 220lbs w00t!

    5min @ 162-168revs/min

    Post workout condition - exteremely exhausted
    comments: silly old lady on my usual machine doin 80/revs min for like 45min and i couldnt wait, i think this one right next to it even though resistance level is the same, feels like 2 levels harder

    Arms day - 1st day back

    rope pull downs - 45lbs/15reps, 50lbs / 12reps, 60lbs / 8reps
    body bar curls - 18lbs - 12/10/8 reps

    Cardio

    Elliptical - resisitance 11, time 21min, 300 calories, 166-170 revs/min

    Post workout condition - winded
