I don't know if you guys have a trader joe's where you live, but if you do go there and get this stuff.

    1 cup (8 oz) = 120 cals
    0g fat
9g carb (straight lactose, no added sugar)
    20g protein

ingredients: Nonfat strained yogurt made from Grade A pasteurized skimmed milk, live active yogurt cultures (L.Bulgaricus, S.Thermophilus)

    this shit is incredible

I may actually start eating yogurt. That shit looks fucking promising. Could you hypothetically eat 4 and call it a meal?

Honestly, I love to mix it Natty PB and aspartame into it, and it tastes fucking GOOD.

So yeah, if you add a good fat in there, you could technically do that. I add bananas in the morning / pb.

this is basically non-fat yogurt which can be found at ANY grocery store... EVERYONE is allergic to lactose, it's just to what extent... so i don't see why you would want to eat that

i eat non-fat yogurt mixed with oats (oat bran, ezekiel cereal, rolled oats, whatever) + sometimes some fruit + cinammon

plain yogurt has always kinda grossed me out. its to much like thick sour cream. I will have to try the splenda and nat PB idea, sounds promising. I wonder how good this stuff would be on a baked potato....
