    pretty neat if your a fitday person etc.... can share and compare with friends, logs food (calories /carb/protein/fat) based on food and has activity monitor, so if you worried about maintaining or what not you know how many calories you burned or gained?

    anyways, my average monthly is...

    Average: Activity: 2602kcal Food: 2277kcal (Fat: 48.13g, Protein: 182.36g, Carbs: 297.57g)



    now i know why i binge eat a day every week....

    who cares about goal weight, jusst set it to maintain or lose the point is the food / activity calc
