should you choose to except it. i'll try to make this as simple as possible. basically, this is a list of what i have and the goal i want to accomplish with those things: backyard gym = barbell, ezcurl bar, squat stands, bench, weights, rubber matting, chalk (can use squat stands for dips, fyi) i'd been doing a sort of 5x5 type routine, squats monday, wed, friday, bench and deads every other workout, standing military and power cleans on non-bench/dead day. the problem: i've started surfing and i really can only go @ 6am. weight workouts are at 6-7PM. so in the morning for surfing, i'm already beat down. i would like some kind of endurance type routine that i can split into 2 workouts that cover the whole body, instead of strength specific routine that is the same. meaning i can do workout A monday, B wednesday, A friday, next week is B monday, A wed, B friday etc. i've tried a few things but i dont know wtf I'm doing, really, so need some suggestions. I'm guessing some high rep low weight stuff should be good but i dont really know how much volume is too much? obviously cable stuff is out. right now i'm pretty much limited to squats, bench, deads, power cleans, standing barbell things, barbell curls, etc. and pullups between the stands. thanks in advance, i know this is probably a mess, i'm rushing thru it.
