F&N recommend me a good breakfast cereal

    i usually have breakfast around 10am and usually hit the gym around 1-2pm

    looking for something high in fiber, since my diet lacks fiber :x:

    i like the kashi go lean crunch big box that one can get at sam's.

    120 calories, 25 cal from fat, 3g fat, 36g carbs, 9g protein, 8g dietary fiber, 0 cholesterol, 95mg sodium in a one cup serving.

    yeah the kashi vanilla oatmeal isn't bad, i got a box at the local whole food's market but i've only eaten one envelope. fairly warm around this time of year in louisiana so i'm not exactly in the mood for hot oatmeal but it wasn't bad. i splashed a little silk vanilla soy milk (i'm allergic to dairy) and it was a good snack.
    lol i just started eating it a couple weeks ago, i had (don't have it now because i've been out of town for a couple days) gas as well. really wasn't getting any fiber in my diet before, hope it goes away after a while. i eat a bowl every morning first thing :wtc:

    ok i went for the steel cut oats, but i dont know if i can handle eating this every day...im just not used to this, theres no flavour and its so bland.

    are there any ways i can add some flavour to this stuff without throwing in a ton of extra calories? i tried mixing in some blueberry yogurt but it didnt make much of a difference tastewise :sad2:

    I eat Wheaties or Total HIGH PROTEIN..... They arent the best I would vote for Oatmeal there but as far as cold breakfast cereals go there are decent tasting and healthy. And unlike some of the real high fiber cereals I dont feel like I'm eating a box of twigs.

    Special K protein plus FTW!

    2/3 cup serving has 10g protein and only 14g carbs. It doesn't taste bad either.
