F&N, please critique my diet

    Here is what I'll be eating tomorrow and I would consider it an average day for me. I'm 5'9" and 165 lbs and my bodyfat is somewhere between 12 and 14% I do believe.


    Meal 1 (475 calories, 14.5 fat, 19 carbs, 61.5 protein)

    Wheat Bread
    Protein Powder (2x)
    .5 serving peanut butter
    Fish Oil Capsules

    Meal 2 (561 calories, 11 fat, 55 carbs, 53.5 protein) (post cardio workout)

    Twin labs Amino Fuel
    Chicken
    Lettuce
    Parmesan Cheese
    Fat Free Caesar Dressing
    some croutons

    Meal 3 (387.5 calories, 13 fat, 27.5 carbs, 38.75 protein) (before lifting)

    Clif Builder
    Tuna + LIght Mayo


    Meal 4 (300 calories, 1 fat, 24.5 carbs, 45.5 protein) (after lifting)

    Twin Labs Amino Fuel
    Protein Powder
    V8


    Meal 5 (255 calories, 4 fat, 14 carbs, 37 protein)

    Wheat Bread
    Chicken



    I might have messed up somewhere transcribing from my excel file but it works out to roughly:


    1980 calories, 42 fat (20%), 140 carbs (30 %), protein (50%)

    I'm trying to cut fat and gain a little muscle. Thanks in advance.

    MORE CALORIES! You're 5'9 165lbs, you dont need to CUT. Add about 800-1000 calories to that diet and lift heavy.
