F&N Mold my body, set me in the right direction.

    I am 6'1 and roughly 180ish pounds. I am not really looking to get any bigger than i already am, just to be a little more cut up. I will be going to the gym 3 times a week. My main question is, with a pretty simple routine 3 days a week at the gym and decent eating habbits get me to where i'm trying to go? I'm not looking to be completely ripped or anything, i would just liek to be a little more cut head to toe. Thank you:bowdown:

    Your muscles either get bigger, smaller, or stay the same size. If you wanna look "cut" go on a diet you fag.
