    Don't have entirely shitty S/D/B numbers and gain more weight than me by Jan 1st, 2007 and you get a case of Red Bull.

    You will need to post before/after numbers along with pics. Getting fat does != beating me.


    ...I don't know what I can do for the guys who have been working out a while already, since their gains won't be coming as fast. Any ideas?

    I didn't wanna come up with anything too elaborate :fawk:

    are you sure you're dedicated enough though? from what i've seen in your past posts, i'm getting this assumption that you just want big arms and a 6-pack...do you even know what a squat is?

    I'm in. Good motivation at least. Kind of like the fitness comps we used to have in here. I started working out again seriously towards the end of July, took three months off, and am starting again.

    Weak stats;

    Height 5'9"
    Weight 197lbs

    Squat 225
    DL 245
    Bench 155

    Those were all for the 3rm/5rm on the Bill Starr Modified Routine. Not sure what the 1rm is.
