I;ve been doing the same routine for about a year now and find myself struggling with gains. I've been doing a routine of 5 by 5. Should i vary this increasing reps? I basically want to pack on as much muscle and mass as possible. I find i'm packing on more fat on my stomach. I decided to start running twice a week for 30 minutes and eat 3 huge meals a day.
