F&N I need to bulk up and get my strength back

    long story short..
    i weight in in the "ultra light" category at 135lb
    got in a car crash.. screwed with my back.. messed up my arm and now i feel like crap ( i haven't been able to do much more than watch tv so i feel.. flaky now )
    I want to at least put on a few pounds ( or at least show how much I eat.. because i swear i have a tapeworm.. it just all disappears ) AND i want to regain my muscles..

    whats the best / fastest way to do this ( also is a pain because now i go to a Labor intensive job interview and there like.. yea.. skinny white guy.. no hire )

    btw.. that thread about becomein a body builder.. can somoene explain what all the exermazies are? i used to just work.. and because everyone else where i was working was a pansy or a woman i normaly ended up beeing forced to move 500lb items ( treadmils etc ) by myself.. and well i quit there.. and never going back.. so thats out of the question.

    well definitely eat, lift, sleep.

    eat a lot, work out ~3 times a week, sleep min 7 hours :dunno:

    but the one thing most important: stay consistent!
    as your diet stays consistent, same goes for your muscle gain.

    yea.. lol well i justblame the tapeworm.. becuase i eat a large pizza.. and i loose weight..

    hell over the xmas season.. i eat 1/4 turkey and i loose weight.. everyone else i know is bloated..

    and.. few people have said im the only guy they know that can gorge and relax my way to a 6pack

    there are no cals in turkey, try eating 2-3 large pizza's a day...for 6~ months
