F&N I have let you guys down

    Its been 2 months since I have last touched iron after about 2 years of never missing a workout. Weak minded, bored, needed a break, maybe a combination of all 3 coupled with other various estrogen and prolactin related issues pissing me off to no end.

    To make a long story short its time to get back on the horse and wanted to know two things:

    1. what routine are you guys currently doing? I want a new routine or general guidelines to follow. If you say your own routine, post up your routine please for me :p

    2. I need a protein powder I can mix with milk or water that has a combination of proteins I want whey, casein, egg etc all mixed into one formula. what can yall recommend to bomber?

    yeah you did say you would progress way quicker than i would... bold statement considering none of us knows what will happen tomorrow... injuries, personal issues, etc.

    went from 180 to 170 and my gut has grown and all of my muscles have shrunk, a little. overall, i think its salvagable heh.

    its pretty ironic dont you think.. you were the one always talking about how working out is so awesome, you were so dedicated, etc etc.. and then you quit. it usually works out that way for some reason

    at least youre not WoWing though

    any routine or protein powder for me?

    i dont know dude, there is no secret routine that is fun. i do pretty much the same shit with diff exercises and have been for years. i dont view the gym as entertainment to have fun i do it because its just what i do, thats why i know i will never stop unless i physically can't.

    as far as proteins, i just use a casein powder, so not sure

    Yeah and pretty much everyone who has been lifting for a while gets tired of it at some point or another but stopping altogether is a bitch move :p
