So I got into a heated arguments with my friends today about how much protein you are supposed to take PER LEAN BODY MASS. I am 177lbs so that means I have to take in about 265g of protein. Now they all told me it was way too much and that you cannot get that much protein per day. Would you guys be able to provide me some links to prove them wrong? I looked here: http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=937642 but I could not find a source from where he got it from. Also if you guys have a protein heavy diet that would be great too.
