F & N failed me

    Yesterday..


    Set alarm #1 - 5:45am. Take E/C stack. Go back to sleep.

    Set alarm #2 - 6:15am. Wake up, look at clock, hit snooze, rinse, repeat.


    Fuck. I'm going to make a run at this a.m. lifting deal but this time of the year when it's cool and darker in the morning, it's a bitch to get out of bed.. I'm still going at nights but wanting to switch to lifting in the am and jiu jitsu/wakeboarding at night instead of alternating each at night.

    Any other good tips for getting up in the am aside for quit being a pussy and wake up, which hasn't been working

    yikes. I'm already jittery as fuck taking C/E.. I tried meth - didn't light a fire under my ass like I hoped. I just sat at the gym looking in the mirror scratching the skin off my face.

    seriously dude there are no tricks, once you get accustomed to it your body adapts and its not that bad, you just have to suck it up, take caffeine upon waking up, dont go BACK to fuckin bed, thats retarded advice, get up cold shower, caffeine, food, and just get on with it.

    just get out of bed. I wake up everyday at 5 am and hate life but after 5 min of being up/brushing my teeth its not too bad

    what I would do is wake up take cardio blast and take l-tyrosine and l-carnitine then go back to sleep for 30 min. ready to go.

    Well.. either just before bed or when you take you EC stack drink 2-3 liters of water. And only allow yourself to urinate under a cold shower.

    I would love to get into morning running but I have the same problem.

    I have a lamp that has a separate timer attached to it (mainly used for fish tanks), it comes on 1 hour before I have to get up, my alarm then comes on 30mins and then 15mins before I have to get up. That way, I'm woken up more gradually and getting up in winters dark mornings isn't as hard.

    But I'm single, so this works for me, your wife would probably end you.

    go outside, get in the sunlight, EVERY DAY for 30-45minutes once you've opened your eyes for a week or two and don't take naps longer than 20 minutes. keep that up and you'll never have a problem waking up
