I posted this in main but i didnt get any help...

I want to get some eye glasses. On a number of occasions girls have said that i look hot in them and i figure it would be good to have a pair if i want to pull of that "look" (I.E. wear them to class and get a smart hot chick :bigthumb: )

Anyway i have really good vison so id need something with 0 perception. How do i go about doing this? Whats a good frame to get? Help me out!

You just buy regular frames without the prescription.

Some brands to look for: Alain Miki, Pro Design, Burberry and Gucci.

I thought you had a girlfriend? :squint:

Just go to any optical place. If you have insurance, get an eye exam, you may have slighty bad vision and you don't even know it. If that's the case, your insurance (depending, many companies use VSP now) it'll pay for most of the lense cost, and well, I know my coverage does up to $120 in frames. If you have a flex plan you can pay the balance off with that, or you can just pay the balance off yourself.

I just started wearing my metal frames again. I don't know, but I seem to like silver frames on a guy now (or gunmetal could look nice). I'd have to see a picture of you to decide. ;) Squared, more, but not too square, haha. There's so many choices, you'll just have to go, take somebody with you, and decide. I know the place I go to has a lady that knows her stuff--and this usually means she goes to the expensive first, but she will agree if I find something cheaper that it looks nice so I don't care. Lafont frames can be expensive. Expensive doesn't always = better. Plastic frames can look nice, but as it is, I find them almost too trendy (and I think the plastic frame trend is starting to die out, at least, I'm sick of mine already, and I haven't had them a year even).

Oh, and get the anti-reflective coating. It helps reduce distortion if you do get a perscription. Also, if you are sitting in class, you won't be annoyed by reflections. And then those womans you want won't see reflections in your glasses as much when they look at you. :)
