    NOTHING in a nuclear power plant is easily penetrable.. concrete & steel everywhere.

    The reactors themselves (at least here) are housed in cylindrical buildings that have 4 foot thick concrete-reinforced walls, with a 1/2 inch steel plate on the inside of that.
