I'm working full time and doing an intensive study course for the LSAT for the next month and a half. I love going to the gym and have been 3 - 6 times a week for the last 4 years. Now suddenly, I have no time, and can't keep sacrificing LSAT study time to hit the gym. Saturday / Sunday I can go all day and do whatever. Monday / Wednesday, I have time for maybe an hour total in the gym. Frequently missed though for need of studying. Tuesday/Thursdays I'm at work / class from 7AM to ~11PM. Friday work and a needed night out. What can I do with my limited time / energy during this period to keep my gains? Due to poor planning I was in the middle of a bulk cycle at the start of this busy period and made great gains in s/b/d. Should I focus on all max effort excercises? Do compound only? Oly lifts? B/S/D every day? What does F&N suggest?
