change your routine. you have zero base to work with and you really shouldn't be worrying about a bodypart split. And holy hell you are overtraining - 5 sets of each exercise is wayyyyyyy too much.

Get on a routine that is comprised of mostly compound movements - compound movements build more muscle then bodypart splits.

Look in the archives for Christophers 'what built me a base' thread - it is Bill Starr's 5x5 routine. It may not seem like a lot, but it is a hard routine and will pack on lots of muscle all over your body. Add in some ab work on your off days and give it a few months - enjoy the noob gains

Hmm I'll start on Bill Starr's plan once I have gym accessiblity since its to dangerous to start on it on my home gym. But yea, I do abs 3 times a week, its the last thing I do before I finish the day.

    5x190
    3x195

    5x175
    5x195 wasn't that hard

    Bench
    5x95
    5x110
    5x145
    5x165
    3x170:eek3:

    Dips
    7x5

    Pullups
    2x7 to tired from dips

    Tricep Extension
    7x40 3 sets

    Preacher Curls
    5x60 3 sets

    Weighted Vertical Leg-Hip Raise

Probably half of my gain is fat but I don't mind since I'm bulking. I just went with the guide to get at least 3k calories and 1.3g protein/lb.

People dont realize how much people can gain in water weight. It was most likely a good 12-15lbs of water weight
