I am currently 6'1", weighed in this week @ 212 lbs, 23 % BF. When I started working out about 1.5 months ago or so, including revamping my diet, I was nearly 230 and 28-29 % BF. My long term goal is to be about 190 with 15% or less BF. I don't have to worry about loose or flabby skin, do I? I mean, that is something only the morbidly obese have, right? (PS - I lift 3 times a week, and heavy cardio the other 3 - so that would help anything there).
