MMA Extra gear you wear in BJJ?

    what kind of extra stuff do you guys wear and recommend for your bjj classes gi/nogi? like mouthguards, kneepads, braces, headgear, cups etc

    Mouthguard and cup are the basics...thats all you really need imo...braces if you need 'em for a specific area...and I guess wrestling headgear if you're really concerned about cauliflower, but you don't need it...

    I chipped some guys tooth at a grappling competition in April, it was a bit of a reality check for me :rofl:

    time to start using my mouthguard

    i just put on a gi, and any brace i might need for that period of time. used to be wrist braces, and now its a knee brace. i never wore a cup or mouth piece, and i do have a chipped tooth.

    I just wear a cup, I've never used a mouthpiece tho I probably should

    I find that at least 4 cargo pockets adds 25 horsepower... couple that with decals and naws and it's like you're 2 belts higher :eek3:
