    :werd: the reason i'm asking for opinions on it is because it's a time-based hypertrophy routine and i have no experience with something like that.

    I think it's an intelligent method of progressive overload. It's just that if you train by yourself, you can't really watch the clock.

    Looks interesting but not really my style.

    I'm going on the Pur split for the next 6 weeks or so.

    Yeah, I was trying to think of ways around that. I just wish stop watches had a setting where you could have it beep after a certain number of seconds passed.

    If I remember correctly its: shoulders/tris, back, legs, chest/bis.

    its all done per individual privately. What i do for him wont be the same for you

    Well that was the basic bodypart split you're currently using :p

    I think last time it was something like chest/back, legs, shoulders/arms. But I prefer 4-5 day routines anyway.
