After working back last night, I opened a new container of nitro-tech whey, which isn't supposed to expire until May 2005. About two hours after having the shake, I was getting ready for bed and developed a huge headache that would just not go away. Even after sleeping, the headache is still lingering. Could this be due to the protein sitting around in my basement for 6 months and being close to expiration?

take it more than once and then determine... I'd probably have a headache if I bought nitro-tech too though

I used to eat expired protein bars all the time, they were good.
