GUN Expandable Batons anyone?

    Anyone have any knowledge of some good brands to start looking for and maybe where I could find them?

    Just looking for something < 7'' closed that I could carry around for need be. Thanks.

    PR24XTS if you prefer the PR24 style.

    Just make sure about your laws before getting one. Most states don't allow the carry of batons unless LEO/Security with certification.

    I carry a 21" (or 26, dont remember) I got from a guy here on OT that was selling them a while back.

    Can you carry a baton with ccw? I think florida allows for it, but I'll have to check.

    I carry a 16" ASP, very small when closed (6") It fits nicely in a pocket or in a rotating side break scabbard for duty gear:bigthumb:

    I carried a Monadnock 26" w/power tip. I prefer this one over the ASP as it can be collapsed with the button on the butt of it.

    I have had training with both and prefer the Monadnock over the ASP. The Mon is easier to close, although the ASP does collapse into an easier to carry package.
