Anyone know of a OS X app that'll let me view all the EXIF Data?

I was using iPhoto to import off my camera for a while and when I would drag the pics out if iPhoto to organize them it totally screwed all my created dates. So now I have no clue what pics are from when. I'm hoping I can find this through the EXIF data. But everything I've tried so far isn't working too well and it's totally screwing up the way I'm used to organizing.

Do you guys know of any programs that'll change the created date to the original created date? Or a user entered date?

Ok, so I tried that program. The EXIF "Image Created", "Image Genetrated", and "Image Digitized" dates are the same as the "Image Modified" date shown in OS X. So the true date and time the picture was taken isn't in the EXIF data.

I'm so confused and frustrated. Meh.
