Exercises that hit rhomboids/lower traps?

    mainly lower traps
    they feel weak/look lacking
    i think shrugs have made my upper traps unproportional to my medback

    i know deadlifts, latpull/pullup, rear fly, shoulder-raise from bench position hits those areas, looking for another one if possible?

    snatch grip deadlifts work well for me...come to think of it, almost any snatchy grip exercise
