Exercises for inner/lower chest?

    I seem to have a pretty big gap between pecs in the lower region so it looks like i have banana tits when I wear shirts.

    It looks fine w/ the shirt OFF but when it goes on it looks funky.

    Narrowing your grip for bench and flys are what ive always read for good separation

    you CANT emphasize the inner chest regardless of what any moron tells you because of the way the pec fibers are arranged

    Pur and Filmy have stated differently as has every other npc and IFBB pro i have talked to. That doesn't mean they are 100% right.

    Everything ive read supports db flys working the inner chest, there are studies/people who say that you cant work the pec regions separately, but im sure your not going to walk into a gym and find any serious lifter only doing 10 sets of one chest exercise :squint:
