What can I do at home as far as muscles? I don't have access to a gym and would like to do something. Also what can I do as far as cardio? I'm not a fan of going outside of my house. :mamoru: Thanks.

I guess just shit like pushups, situps, bridges, birddogs, body squats, etc.

You aren't going to put on any mass doing these things but they're better than nothing, especially if you're really out of shape.

What are bridges and birddogs? I'm assuming body squats are just squats with no weight?

Yeah, I'm not expecting to put on a lot of muscle but I'm really out of shape and want to make sure I'm doing something rather than sitting on my ass all day. Thanks for the help.

Birddogs, situps/crunches, and bridges are all good ways to strengthen your core muscles.

Go get a pullup bar and install it at home. Probably be anywhere from $15 to $60...I personally prefer the kind I can bolt into the studs since the doorframe types don't give you as much room (at least the way my doorways are laid out).

    It's true, bitch.:fawk:

If you're serious, start eating better, do cardio, sitting on your ass doing situps and pushups isn't going to do a thing for your tubby ass. Get your diet in check and run around the block once a day.

The eating right is hard at the moment. No money. :( And I don't mean no money like when you and Eric were at the house. I mean, Ramen noodles and lots of water, no money.

Well try to eat 5-6 times a day, that'll at least keep your metabolism going. If Ramen is all you're eating, that's horrible, you need some protein if nothing else, eggs are a great source of protein, they're pretty cheap.

I'm eating fruits as well. The fridge is currently broken so I can't buy anything that needs to be kept cold. I'm really hoping I'm at the lowest point in my life right now.
