    I used to use a cane to walk because of a knee injury. I did squats and lunges to strengthen my legs. No more cane. I brought my b/f to the gym the other day and one of the trainers was teaching him how to do squats properly. He said he's always had weak knees, and it just hurts when he does squats.

    I hate when people feel uncomfortable when they exercise and just give up. It's like they're afraid or something. You have to go through a little pain when you first start exercising. And there's other stuff you can do too, like biking to strengthen your knees, or just do half-squats, etc. But so many people just give up.

    That's an awsome commercial..... the only thing I think is kinda full of the ironing iis that it's a SHOE commercial with a guy who do what he's doing in fluffy bunny slippers.

    I agree....my knees are shit and I still squat. Granted I have to use what seems to be pussy-weight or not get quite as low as I 'should' but I still fucking do it.
