excessive hunger problem..

    Hey guys.. i have a problem where i am basically ALWAYS hungry... :eek3:.. what are the best kinds of foods to eat in this situation? high fiber high protein foods? fruits, veggies, something else? thanx..

    When I cut I feel like that 24/7 and I just ignore it :dunno:

    eat small protein-packed meals every 3 hours and you won't be hungry

    I"ve been having the same issue, I"m trying to drop some lbs, and I seem to be hungry a lot, probably bc my stomach is bigger and can fit more. I drink lots of water and fill up on fruits and veggies to try and help the "hunger pains" and it seems to be working, I"m down 10 lbs in 3 weeks

    If you are trying to cut, be carefull trying to stay full. You don't want to keep your stomach stretched out. Just be hungry for a couple of weeks until your stomach shrinks. I use 1 ids whey shot w/ 1/4 cup of walnuts for 2 of my meals for that reason.

    Nah I am not trying to cut.. I am just trying to stay lean and not get fat.. :eek3:

    I am taking some meds right now, which are causing this problem I think.. I am seeing a dr about it on Monday.

    I believe it can. I know that before my diet, I could eat a double bacon cheeseburger from whataburger with fry's, onion rings, 2 apple pies and a coke. After 2 weeks of dieting I had a cheat meal, I bought the exact same thing but I could only eat half of the cheeseburger and nothing else.

    man im having this exact same problem when i do heavy cardio sessions or dont each much in the morning.... so bad that i want to eat every hour
