Excercising Too Much?

    Will exercising too much kill my muscle gains? I've heard that if you do too much cardio then you start cutting muscle, and I don't want that :noes:

    It's just that I don't bodybuild as much as I would like to, and everyday at work is 8 hours of speedwalking and lifting 50lb objects. Should I just keep my protein and food intake even higher to bulk?

    Haven't been loosing much weight but I've been eating a ton :o No gains either so I'll up my intake :hs:

    WEll if you are eating enough....is it possible to workout to the point of not gaining mass. Like per say my chest routine I posted earlier this week.:squint:
