I got the trainer and the #1.
I can barely close the #1.
Time to change that bullshit.
how many lbs is #1?
34 times right hand
i can't use the grippers with my left hand, aggravates my medial epicondylitis
care to dumb down that term?
i googled it
any idea what causes the pain around the outside bone on my wrist when i get to the hg250 or 300? i didn't find any info about that, so i don't really use grippers that much anymore
crunk shit nigga what?
Closeing the #1 on your first try is really good. I couldnt do it.
where do you buy them?
wait till they run a special with free shipping
will do, thanks
I think I pulled a trap doing it, though.
My CoC is supposed to arrive tomorrow, I got the trainer, No. 1, and No. 2.
i officially closed the #1 after a week, i found there's a bit of technique to holding it in a advantagous position.
Yeah, I think I got lucky the first time around, because I can only get it within about 1/8th of an inch a few hours later...
why pay to grip a coc when you can grip your own for free?
how many lbs is the trainer?
I have one of those sitting on the coffee table in my living room.
Most of the people that come over cant close it or can only close it with their dominant hand
I need to get the #1
none of my friends that lift can close my #1.
i can do it like 12+ times in each hand and i really should get the #2, but i haven't been working with it at all lately. I've been having some tendonitis issues with my elbow and like ceaze said, it really doesn't help with that.
Is grip training "healthy"? I am a card dealer, and a huge problem in my field of work is carpletunel (sp?) in our fingers and wrists. I'd like to start doing some grip training, I have straps because I cant really hold anything heavy too long when I train and wonder if grip training would be ok for someone like me
I might go buy one this week, are the ones in the sporting goods stores decent?
