It's one of the funniest anime that have come out in a long time. The rough premise is Excel and Hyatt working for the ACROSS organization to take over a city. It follows their misadventures in trying different methods to doing it. Each episode is a parody of an anime genre. It's truly off the wall.

G/f loves it...she made me watch one of her DVD's...it's okay, took me a few minutes to get into it as it is very non-sequitor. Fortunately, it's funny even though it doesn't make sense a lot of times...kinda like a Stephen Chow flick.
