Excel crew, help meh

    How do I make excel get rid of the random blank lines in the address cells??? :eek3:

    Well, the spaces are their because of carraige returns....

    I am importing it into Filemaker if anyone has any script ideas that will remove the blank lines there :x:

    Export the whole deal into tab-delimination. GSR all CR's out of data. Import to wtfever.

    You can try the code below in an excel macro and see if it works. I haven't tested this, just yanked it from som scrap code I had and modified it a bit. Select the cells you want edited and then run the macro.

    It looks like you have 3 carriage returns between rows instead of one.

    Dim thisCell As Range
    Dim strTmp As String

    For Each thisCell In Selection.Cells
    strTmp= replace(thiscell, vbcrlf & vbcrlf & vbcrlf, vbcrlf)
    thiscell = strTmp
    Next thisCell
