I have a white car right now, but i want to get a black car next.. is it really that bad to take care of? i'll porbably wax it every 2 months or so at a detailer but just regular washes biweekly or every 3 weeks

I detail cars for a living and my first black car will be my last. Never again. Too much work, especially if you are anal about your car.

Your car is going get dirty within one week. Black picks up the most scrutinizing details within the quickest time. With exception,I think the nsx was designed for black, it'll be worth it.

Trust me, you don't want a black Honda. I did a couple black S2000s last week and they have about the softest paint I've ever dealt with.

Real hard.....I'll never own black. I spent 6 hours on a fairly new 450 GL today, and dreaded every minute of it, and I usually enjoy detailing. So I asked myself, "How does it feel to get your ass kicked by a 1 yr old?"
Some before and aft's.......The sun went behind the building so the pics arent as dramatic, not to mention i didnt want any close up due to an extreme pollen fall out the last few weeks........I was actually embarrased leaving with the surface hazed in yellow......I figure we have another 4-8 weeks of this crap.......A nice rainstorm sure would help!
