Feels like I added 1-2 lbs. in the last 2-3 months by simplifying my workouts.
How so? Lowered volume?
Less exercises. Kept it to 4-5. Instead of the usual 5-7.

Unless you are exaggerating, looks like you've been a little less strict on the diet. Less strict could = more calories could = size gains.

Total calorie is tracked using "Lose It!" application on my iPhone with calories set at maintain. So, the source of calories changed but not the total caloric intake.
