    Starting Weight: 124
    Current Weight: 125
    Age: 24
    Goal Weight: 180

    I lost a lot of weight since last summer and I hope to gain it back. I used to look fit but now I resemble a skinny bruce lee type body. I just need to bulk it up.

    Workout Plan:

    Monday: Forearms- Triceps/Biceps
    Tuesday: Chest
    Wednesday: Forearms
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: /Day off/
    Saturday: Chest
    Sunday: Chest

    im 24 - 5'11 - 154 (however my weight will fluctuate on a daily basis from 149-160)
    but good luck bro, i'll be followin & just may start my own log...

    haha thanks, good luck with yours too. I was beefier before in my collegiate hockey days....

    DAY ONE, MONDAY:
    1.) triceps, biceps- 12/10/10 in a variety of routines
    2.) punching bag

    DAY TWO, WEDNESDAY:
    1.) Back, shoulders, upper arm
    2.) Started loading phase of creatine
    3.) Skipped chest workout; saving for later day to reorganize schedule to match workout buddies

    weight: +1, now 126

    DAY THREE, WEDNESDAY:
    1.) Cardio + 10km run

    weight: +3, now 129- 6 meals a day is working

    1.)Chest- incline/decline/flat
    2.)Cardio

    weight: +1 now 130, geez...

    UPDATE:
    After a week of that routine and creatine, the weight seems to have balanced off. Maybe it's because I have slept too late for the entire week. Anyways, the arms are beginning to get more definition.

    Work the rest of your body.

    heres another tip, dont do tri's the day before or after chest.
