I'm thinking of getting one :noes:

What mods do you have? What has broken? How much power do you make? What does it run in the 1/4? What kind of gas mileage do you get? How many miles are on your car? What's your favorite and least favorite thing about the car?

If you had to do it again, would you buy another? :noes:

Wait, what? Are you getting an Evo X? The new STI isn't out yet, but you can get an 06 for under $25k.

Sold mine a few months ago due to the fact it was just too expensive insurance wise for me. Absolutely awesome car, and would (and probably will) get one again once I'm more financially stable to be able to have toys. Had 12k miles on it when I sold it and nothing broke. City MPG was probably around 17-19 depending upon how much I mashed on it. Freeway was about 25 or so going easy on it. Had just an intake, but it was still pretty damn quick. Easiest car to make fast bang for the buck though.

Sold it for $23,700. I'm sure I could have received a bit more if I had more patience.

My theory with cars is that if you WANT the car, BUY it if you can afford it. If it turns out that you don't really like it, just sell it. It isn't as large of a financial obligation as say, buying a house. You can turn around and sell it hassle free, relatively quick.

I'd rock an EVO, and I drive a WRX currently. But the EVO interior is kinda meh.

I have a lot of interior wear as well. The driver side seat, left waist bolster, the cloth/material is an odd composition after almost 4 years, and the armrest is worn down at the top center. The car is maintained very well, I wash it every 2 weeks or so and give it the Scottwax treatment 3 times a year.
