a headache, sick to my stomach and I feel like throwing up. I haven't barfed in a good 10 years. Just for the past week or so, I've been feeling so sick. I don't know what it is, but being constantly nauseous is nothing fun. I have a doctors appointment in a few days, but just wanted to make a thread to see if this has happen to anyone else. :hs:

10 years? Damn...I puke like every other week after legs. haha

On a serious note, you probably have mild food poisoning. Have you eaten anything outside your normal diet lately? Food alergies could do this as well.

not that i know of, but yesterday I had a frappachino with a bagel and cream cheese and that really messed my stomach up. it was almost painful. but i always have those... so i don't understand how i could all of a sudden become allergic to it, or what not.

You might just have a bug or maybe a lack of sleep. Sometimes I get an appetite loss that lasts a week or so.

Keep hydrated and see your doctor.

I also went on a long streak of not throwing up... Just over 9 years was the official count but I lost a battle with food poisening a few years back. I was sooooooooo pissed about that.

Happened to me back in April. I went to the Doctor and she said: well it's either diabetes or the flu. I was like are you fucking kidding me its the flu.

IMO, if it lasts more than a week, see a doctor and get on a course of mild anti-biotics. This usually solves 9/10 problems like this. If it's food poisoning or a viral thing, it should clear on its own within a week.

Keep the vitamin C high, get a good multivit, drink lots of water, increase your fiber.

On a serious note, are you on any sort of prescription medicine? A friend of mine was having similar problems (getting sick after ANYTHING she ate, even after changing portion sizes of the meals and other stuff). She got the Rx changed and problems cleared up.

But then again, I think there was a mental factor in her case too. It seemed easy enough to "blame" the medication she was on, but sometimes I think it was in her head.

    So relax and eat woman!

I experienced this problem @ 3 yrs ago, but I really can't be of any help, it just kind of went away on its own.

also, might wanna send a PM to the member Dolphinchunks, he had bad stomach problems and I think he initially thought he had an ulcer, but it turns out that his stomach doesn't move the food as fast as a normal person's does, so food was literally rotting in his gut, hence why he was feeling so sick all the time, its a long shot, but you might a similar problem. May wanna go see a G.I doc in the near future.

I had the same thing around 2 years ago....It went on for like 6-8 months and gradually got so bad I honestly couldnt eat ANYTHING! I had a bacterial infection in my stomach (heliobacter pilori)(sp?) I was fucking miserable, it was awful after I would drink a little bit, I would dry heave for 6-8 hrs!

I've gone through phases where everytime I eat, I get nauseated, but it always goes away for me after a while. In my case, it has probably been stress, but I don't know for sure...

That's what I was thinking. Untreated it can lead to peptic ulcers. It's "helicobacter pylori" for posterity. Gallbladder may be another culprit, but far less likely. Let us know how it goes.
