My workout routine has been going decent. I gained almost 15 pounds but that took me about 3 months. The only problem im having now is with my posture it seems. My head/neck seems to have a slight forward bend from my back I dont know what you call it. Bascially I want to try to position my ears as perfectly over my shoulders as possible and eliminate this forward tilt. Any things I can do to make this happen?

Are you not doing any back work? If you are, what are you doing?
