Get infinite intensity off the tracker if you compete in anything. It just got posted. It's terrific if you are interested in conditioning or training in general. Better yet, get a hardcopy. It's worth it. BTW just got back from a grappling superfight against a guy that apparently just got his Brown belt under one of the Ribieros. He had a few inches and some weight on me, but I don't know how much since it was a superfight and there were no weigh ins. I was nervous as hell. Just got back. I got lucky. He stuffed my shots so I clinched up and he felt like he was getting antsy to pull guard so I took him down. My judo and wrestling has finally payed off. I took him down four times, but only passed his guard twice and got put back in. I only had a chance to go for a near side "windshield wiper" armbar, but I didn't get my hips even close to deep enough. Thank God it was no gi or I bet it would have ended differently. I didn't even really put him in danger but whatever. I need some guard passing work.
