Ever walked out of the gym without lifting?

    I did today. After 3 ridiculously intense days in a row (this being my 4th, yesterday being a leg day where I puked on squats) I went in to do chest/back and I did 4 sets on the bench, then 1 on the incline and packed it in, I was struggling wiith weights about 60-70% of what I normally use, sweating, dead tired and dreading every set, I figure I'll take a few days off and reset.

    Never really experienced that... I cut my workout short sometimes, but almost always because of time constraints. Perhaps workout yourself a little less intensely so that way you can be more consistant and be in the gym 5 days a week or so.

    one time the trendy gym I went to back in the day wouldn't let me in because there was some messup with them deducting the monthly bill from my bank account and wouldn't let me in to workout. I was very angry.

    My gym was closed saturday/sunday. I went to ballys and they didn't charge for the 30minutes I worked out on both days.

    If you lifted weights and then walked out, how does that = going into the gym and not lifting weights?

    I did a total of 5 sets, ~ 10 minutes

    Yeah, I was hungover once, did one rep on the leg press and racked it and went home.

    basically what i did but i didnt do anything someone hadthe db's i was going to useso i just siad fuck it and left. went to bk instead

    After starting Christophers routine I seem to feel like I'm going to throw up after I finish the big 3. I've left without doing the last lift a few times.

    Right after Winter Break ended, I went to my university student rec center only to find it swarming with frat guys all doing bench or curls in groups of five trying to get big for spring break. I walked in, realized my workout would take forever and be horribly unenjoyable, so I walked right back out. I didn't touch any equipment. I was only inside for about 3 minutes.

    The next week numbers were back to normal. :mamoru:

    multiple times. Walked out and drove straight to the beer store. I've gone so far as to get changed and weight loaded and then leave.

    Only once that I can remember. I went in on leg day, did one set of squats, wasn't feeling it for some reason and listened to my body and left.
