ever throw up in the gym?

    I was running the other day, and towards the end of my first mile i just felt it coming up. I ended up just keeping it in my mouth and swallowing it back down in like a nano second.

    felt like shit the remainder of my time there like the real deal was gonna happen each set

    Almost did once, but kept it down. I think its retarded when people wear it like a badge of honor. Hold your shit down.

    On the flipside I did shart my pants on squats once.

    Used to during hell week for lacrosse

    Then a couple times on leg days after not doing them for a while. There's seriously nothing like those first couple times when you REALLY work legs and that awful feeling you get towards the end.

    The only time I felt a little sick was doing 135 5x60 squats with timber. :rofl:

    Did legs for the first time in a month or two last friday, didn't feel like i was going to be sick, but its wednesday now and they are still sore as fuck.

    Yep. When I first started cardio way back.

    I was a fucking idiot though. I had a bunch of beers the night before and only got 5 1/2 hours sleep. My own fault.

    every once in a while. i found it more common when i took a preworkout stack, but i'll still feel it.

    last week, i threw up in my mouth and swallowed it back down. Didn't want to waste the protein on a last scoop.

    every time that i take a large amount of caffeine and do squats/deads or eat a lot right before the gym and do squats/deads.

    never had the problem of throwing up.

    pretty fucking stupid to be proud of throwing up after a workout, as it's the most catabolic thing you can do.

    almost did tonight.... ate 12+ ounces of tilapia before doing a heavy leg workout... front squats, box squats, RDLs... I made it through all that just fine but then i got to the leg press and on my second set I got that light headed feeling and started salivating like crazy so I quit with one set left. Any time I eat fish (except canned tuna) before a leg workout I feel like puking.

    I've had some close calls.

    Back when I played football and we had double-sessions half the team got sick. I never did, but often felt sick.

    Just a few weeks ago I had to run to the bathroom because I felt my stomach evacuating itself. I think this was due to the fact that I was doing heavy deads with literally less than 10g carbs in my system and it was already like 5pm or something.

    I often feel sick in the gym though if I push myself hard... especially with legs or deads. And of course, pre-workout stims make it worse.

    Why people are proud of yacking during a workout is beyond me. That's the last thing you should be doing... it's counter-productive in just about every way possible.

    Had this happen to me. Did squats/dls & when I was on leg curls I got that feeling. I finished that set & went home.

    I've puked after playing tennis a few times since I started playing again 2 months ago. I went so long without doing anything physical...I dropped 40 lbs before I even started working out...

    Now I go on the tennis court and can play 2 sets but it's a tossup as to how gassed I am. I try to eat before I go, and I bring fruit to the court which seems to help but I still get nauseous.

    I did once while I was training in a gym that was at the top of a ski mountain. I ended up making it to the bathroom in time but not enough time to shut the stall door and just hurled with it open. Some guy saw me hurl and made a funny noise and ran out of the bathroom.

    I later saw him when I went up to finish my workout and he had a horrified look on his face.
