Right now I'm building my endurance up, hitting the treadmill and doing 3-4 miles about 4-5 times a week. But lately I've started feeling a LOT more hungry throughout the day. It seems to be a normal occurrence among people who run a lot. I also make sure to eat a lot of fruits and veggies as well as drinking a gallon a day. But what are some of the best foods that help satisfy my hunger but remain healthy? I don't want this extra eating to make regain some of the fat I had before.
