shit that happens that was your fault

I was doing crunches with the medicine ball on the floor, so I set up a mat near a bench so I could keep my feet in place. After the set (i think about 20) I was absolutely exhausted, tossed the ball and fell back on the mat...and as i fell back, apparently the mat shifted a little bit and my head smashed against the hard rubber floors :wtc::wtc::wtc: no animal pak story here...i was dazed for an indefinite amount of minutes

Yeah, fell back doing front squats, hit my head on the foot plate to a seated dumbbell bench, not too hard though...

attachment on cable machine without weight = attachment to head, etc etc etc

fell back on a heavy clean. First time attempting this high of a weight and got all mentally "animal". Through that shit up hard, and the weight being to heavy through my ass back like Rosie O'donell not waiting in lines for twinkies.
The bar landed around my neck, perhaps an inch above due to the weights on the end. Almost shat myself.

hehe.. in theory I guess. But I only use rubber weights for cleans, and even the 10Kg plates are full size ;)

I clocked myself in the nose with a lat pulldown bar once when I was bringing it down. That kinda hurt.

And of course I've hit myself in the head with dumbells sometimes while doing extensions and whatnot.

Then there was the time I was doing pushdowns of some sort and I left a heavy bar at the top of the cables, and when I bent over and pulled the pin out it came crashing down on top of my head.

    Lifting makes me stupid sometimes.

Haha, that happened to me, I bent down and pulled the pin out and I see the thing's rising but I just sit there like "duuuuhhh". and a bar hit me on my head.

I've lost about 17lbs since the winter, and my squat has gone down, and the other day I had to dump a weight I used to do easily. It made a huge sound, and I felt retarded dumping that little weight.

I also got stuck at the bottom of a squat when I first started squatting, had to throw it off my back and when I did that, it hit the back of my heels. Scars.

I got completely stuck in the ass-to-grass position on my first squat set over 200 lbs. THAT was humiliating.

Today I was kicking a heavy bag at the little "gym" setup at the hotel I am staying in and I didn't realize how light the stand was. The whole thing toppled over after the first kick. There was a girl walking by at the same time so I apologized and then quickly threw 2 45s on each side of it for anchoring weight and continued.

I was pulling a 45lb plate off the rack. The bottom edge of it caught at the very end of the bar, which caused the plate to swing in my hands and give me a solid tipper on my not-healed prince albert :wtc:
