    Is there a limit on how many grams of fat you should eat per day? Do you consider omega-3 fatty acids to be the same as omega-6 fatty acids in the sense that the recommended daily intake is 70g?

    Stupid question, I know, but I'm sitting here gorging on almonds and I can't stop eating them. Then again, 1/3 cup and it's already 30g of fat. I think I've eaten like over a cup now :rofl:
